Supporting your child at home

One of our main aims at Hillcross is to improve children's fact fluency. When children are fluent in their number facts, they develop a good number sense and improve their automaticity whilst building their confidence and enjoyment in mathematics. 

To support your child with their fact fluency in school, we have adapted classic, traditional games that you could also use at home (please see attachments below). In order for children to improve their fact fluency, it is important to practise daily - little and often.
