End of Autumn 1 2024

Our artists have taken inspiration from Andy Goldsworthy and made sculptures from natural materials in our environment. We have uploaded a few, and we are sure that you'll agree that they look fabulous! They all did, and you will be able to see their works of art when you attend Open Book Night!

As global citizens, they wanted to help the less fortunate children at the M'lumbwira School in Malawi, so we reached out to our local community to raise funds for these incredibly resilient and grateful children. We learnt all about Malawi and even had a go at creating our own balls (from plastic and rubber bands!) after delivering letters to ask people to donate money to buy resources for the children there. You would have thought Christmas came early when they got to play wither balls!
