Cheese!

This half term, our trailblazer was all about cheese! We learned about different types of cheese, how it is made, the history of cheese and where the saying 'the moon is made of cheese' originated from. Did you know that the Ancient Egyptians made cheese?

We also got to taste a large variety and then made several cheese dishes for our cheese cafe at the end of the week.  We loved it!
