Communication and Language

This week we have been looking at our communication and language and how we respond to our friends in our play. The children have spoken about 'stopping, breathing and thinking again' before acting and how we can help our friends who may be feeling sad. We've had a look at the colour monster book to help us express our feelings to and verbalise what these may be. 

We have also looked at following instructions and wearing our 'Blue 'Boss' Thinking Hat' to indicate that we are leading an activity. The children have worked on their listening and attention both on the carpet and in their independent learning time.
